Exhibit on Lace at the BMA

"A Legacy of Lace: Selections from the Cone Collection" will be on display at the Baltimore Museum of Art through September 18, 2005.

The exhibition is the first-ever broad survey of the lace collected by sisters Claribel and Etta Cone, including many types and varieties, some dating as far back as the the 16th and 17th centuries.

The museum will also host a Lace Day on Saturday, April 2.
