A man from Northshield was one of four contenders for the honor of the tournament and the heart of a fair maiden in this re-creation of a tournament jousting match at Pembroke Castle in England. The armor weighed in excess of 110 pounds (55 kilograms), but the combatants report that it was surprisingly agile when actually worn.
