This year's event will be held at the Erie Day School, of 1372 West 6th Street, Erie PA 16505. With the site opening at 9 am and closing at 9 pm, there will be something for everyone. Locker room facilities without showers are available. A new gymnasium floor will require the use of soft soled shoes to reduce marking.
An A&S forum/competition will be held for artisans with both finished and work-in-progress projects. All entrants are asked to set up by 12:30 pm. The artisans are encouraged to share and discuss their crafts in a closed forum until 2:30 pm, when judging by the populace will begin. Anyone interested in reserving table space should contact the autocrat in advance.
Merchants are welcome and encouraged with no fee, just a donation to a silent auction. Anyone interested in merchanting is asked to contact the autocrat, Baron Vladisla Nikulich (Matt Granger firstname.lastname@example.org).
A sideboard lunch will be made available. A sumptuous feast is planned and will be prepared by Viscountess Rannveigr Haakonardottir (Mary Ellen Reitz, email@example.com). Please send any dietary concerns to Viscountess Rannveigr.
