Join us on May 14th, 2005 at the Greene County Fairgrounds Bldg 10, Fairgrounds Rd., Waynesburg, Pa 15307. The site opens at 9:00am and will close at 9:30pm and is a dry site. The site offers lots of parking and is handicapped accessible.
Pageantry and a truly historic look is the request for the day so to compliment the grandeur of this most glorious tournament, please bring your banners to display and decorate your pavilions to add to the appearance of the day. An A&S competition with the theme "Aethelmearc Pride" will also be offered, please contact Lady Marian O'Neill (Tammy Thompson firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information. Children's activities will also be available. There is merchant space available for a small fee, please contact our merchant liaison Lord Ulfr hinn svarti Juzki, (Dirk Romito email@example.com for more information.
Lunch will be offered to all and is included in the site fee and will be prepared by Lord Cellach mac Toimin and Lord Laochlain Silverwulf. Of course the day would not be complete without a marvelous feast presented by Master Huen Damebrigge of Wychwood, please contact him (James Matterer firstname.lastname@example.org ), for dietary concerns.

The fees for the day are $8.00 which includes lunch, and an additional $7.00 for the feast (limited to 48 so make your reservation early), sorry no outboard will be available. Please make checks payable to SCA, Inc Kings Crossing. Children 6-17 are half priced, those 5 and younger are free. A $3.00 non-member surcharge will be collected at the door for all full price attendees.

From the North take your best route to Interstate 79 South, * take I79 to exit 14 Waynesburg. At the end of the ramp turn right onto State Route 21 and go approx. ? mile, the fairgrounds will be on the right. Enter the second entrance to the fairground; the event building is the first building on the right. Please park in the area provided.
