Palm Beach newspaper recounts Trimaris Crown Lyst

Rachel Sauer, a reporter in the Palm Beach Post, attended the recent Crown Lyst in Trimaris, and immersed herself in the Current Middle Ages. She came away from the event with an understanding of "anachronism" and why we do what we do.

The report looks at more than just what happened, and also explores why anachronists invest the time and money, and endure the funny looks of muggles, to pursue what many perceive as a peculiar hobby. "There's appeal in anachronism," she writes, "in the ability to look back and pick what's best and loveliest and most interesting from the past."
