Middle Kingdom A&S newsletter taps new Editor

Her Ladyship Katarina Peregrine will soon take the helm of Artes Draconis, the Arts and Sciences newsletter/magazine for the Middle Kingdom.

Mistress Siobhan O'Neill, the current Editor of Artes Draconis, has announced that THL Katarina will succeed her in the post at the end of Siobhan's term. Katarina hails from the Marche of Gwyntarian, part of the Barony of Brendoken in modern-day northeastern Ohio. She is noted for her service as a Chronicler, as Autocrat and co-Autocrat for numerous local and kingdom-level events, and as a local Seneschal. Katarina's is also well-respected as a scribe and illuminator — her scroll work is both beautiful and prolific — and as a feast cook. She is a Companion of the Order of the Evergreen, a Grant-level award for A&S excellence.

Artes Draconis is a special-interest newsletter, available by subscription, that is devoted to the various arts and sciences that were a part of life in the Middle Ages. The publication received the William Blackfox Award for Best Special Interest Newsletter, in AS XXXV and again in AS XXXVI.
