At Their Court at St. Swithin's Bog 12th Night Celebration, Rurik and Angelik, King and Queen of AEthelmearc, created Cynthia Love of the Tower a member of the Order of the Pelican.

Speaking for Mistress Cynthia were His Grace, Sir Christopher of York (speaking by way of his squire his Excellency, Marduke Inchmertyn), Master Alaric MacConnal, her Excellency, Mistress Liadain ni Dheirdre Caomhanaigh, her Excellency, Dame Vivienne Marie de Beauvais, and her Grace, Dorinda Courtenay. Mistress Cynthia's scroll was crafted by Master Jon Blaecstan.
