New exhibit on Chinese ceramics at the Freer

"Black and White Chinese Ceramics from the 10th-14th Centuries" opened at the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery in Washington, DC, on December 18, and will continue indefinitely.

The exhibit features 58 objects — tablewares, wine jars, and vases, ranging "from extremely handsome everyday goods to examples fit for an emperor" — from the Song dynasty and the Yuan dynasty.
