Thank you very much for your help and support. Unfortunately, the story is true. Our warehouse was burglarized last week end. We have finished counting the damage. The thieves left off with 450 swords and 50,000$ worth of stock. We are keeping an eye out on pawnshops and liquidators, hoping that our stock will turn up. We are pretty disappointed in eBay though. They have terminated our posting (we figure they would at least allow us to leave it on given that we spend 25,000$ a year on eBay fees....). This will make it a little more difficult, but with your help and others like you, the process will be easier. The swords they stole are can be found on our site at the following link:
They took models 1506, 1507, 1505, 1501, 1500, 1503B, and 1504. The total was 450 swords and about 50,000$ worth of stock composed of silver tankards and flasks. (those are ok, the insure company has agreed to cover them....the swords however, since they are hand forged , are a total loss . (the insure company considers them as "art pieces" I.e., not insurable . Unfortunately, this has taken a considerable blow on our artisans.
Again, we thank you tremendously for your help and support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
