Rusted Woodlands will be hosting its annual 100 minutes war on Nov. 13th at The Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, New Jersey. The site will open at 9 AM and close at 9 PM, Those of you who remain after that time will be enlisted for clean up.
Fighters make ready to face your opponents of the field of Honor. Armor inspection will begin at 11:00; at 12:30, the traditional Atlantian speed tournament will be held to decide the Generals for the day. Fighting will commence immediately following the choosing of sides. Then arm thyselves and make ready for 100 minutes of Ragnarok!!! This year's battle will feature three Viking long ships (60x25) lashed together for a Viking Boat Battle. All combat will take place on their decks. All questions regarding heavy weapons fighting should be directed to Lord Otto Mueller (Bourbon82@yahoo.com).
Fencers arm thy selves and prepare for battle… Inspection will begin at 10:00 followed by a tournament (format yet to be determined) at 12:00.. All questions regarding Fencing should be addressed to Lord Santiago de Montoya (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Then prepare yourself as some of our fiercest warriors take the field. Youth Fighting will commence with armor inspection at 10:30. Followed by a Melee tournament at 11:30. All questions regarding Youth Fighting should be addressed to Lady Alexia Reid (AlexiaReid@aol.com)
String your bows and sharpen your axes, There will be Archery and thrown weapons for you to show or sharpen you skill…
Those of you who wish to partake in the gentler arts, please bring examples of your work, either complete or in progress, for an exhibition of Arts and Sciences.
Embroiderers! Come one and all to 100 Minutes War, where there will be held a day of friendly competition and display of beautiful needlework, hosted by the East Kingdom embroiderer's guild, the Keepers of Athena's Thimble. The competition is open to all artisans of all experience levels. The categories of competition are: Applique, Blackwork, Canvaswork, Counted Thread, Couching and Laidwork, Free embroidery, Lacis, Metal thread (period techniques), Needlelace, Openwork, Padded work, and Smocking. And what would Ragnarok be without Brew? Bring your best! There will be a Brewing competition. Some of the judges may be members of that inebriated Order, the Brotherhood of Saint Pyr.

Take Interstate 80 West to (Exit 34B) Route 15 North, Follow 15 until it joins Route 206 just beyond Lafayette, New Jersey. Proceed North for one mile to Plains Road, turn right at the light, and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right one-mile down the road.
From Northern PA
Take Interstate 84 East or 209 North to Milford, PA. Cross at the Milford Bridge to Route 206 South. Proceed South past Branchville, New Jersey to Plains Road. Turn left at the light and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right just one mile down the road!
From Western NJ
Take Route 206 North past Newton, New Jersey and Ross' Corner (intersection of Route 15 - Route 206 makes a left) to Augusta. Turn right at the light for Plains Road and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right just one mile down the road!
Alternate route from Newton. Turn left on Route 519 North right after the square in Newton. Follow 519 past 3 traffic lights. Where 519 makes a sharp left, go straight onto Augusta Hill Road. Continue straight across Route 206 (traffic light) onto Plains Road. The fairgrounds will be on the right one-mile down the road.
From Southeastern NJ
Take the Garden State Parkway North to Interstate 287 North / Route 440 West. Follow 287 to Interstate 80. Proceed West to Exit 34B and Route 15 North. Follow Route 15 until it joins Route 206 just beyond Lafayette, New Jersey. Continue North on Route 206 for one mile and turn right at the light onto Plains Road. One mile down the road you will find The Sussex County Fairgrounds.
From Southern NY State & New England
Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3 taking Route 6 West. Follow Route 6 to the village of Slate Hill. Turn left on Route 284 south and follow to the end at the traffic light in Sussex NJ. Turn right onto Route 23 North. Follow Route 23 around gas station and going straight at the traffic light (do not follow Route 23 to the right) by High Point Chevrolet. Follow Loomis Avenue (Route 649) past the Sussex Airport and straight through the traffic light onto Route 565. Continue about 3.5 miles looking for signs to the right for the Sussex County Fairgrounds at Plains Road. Follow Plains Road about 3.5 miles to the fairgrounds on the left.
