Lochac Grows by One

Pedr Gurteen announced recently that Their Majesties of the Kingdom of Lochac have a new subject, Ceridwen Samantha. The Kingdom of Lochac is growing. In a post to the Lochac list, Pedr Gurteen reported that Ceridwen Samantha was born to Eleanora de la Birche and Aeddan ap Andreas on November 30, 2002, four hours after sunset on St. Andrews Day. He says mother and daughter are doing fine and father is "incoherently happy." Congratulations!
