Paris Museum Garden Inspired by Tapestry

The medieval garden at the Hotel de Cluny, France's National Museum of the Middle Ages, was inspired by medieval tapestries.

Archtectural landscape artists removed all plants from the previous medieval garden at the Paris museum in order to design a completely new space based on medieval botanical manuscripts. The new gardens includes 59 species of plants depicted in the famous "Unicorn Tapestries."
