Emerald Beast IV: Hunt for the Beast

Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 3-5, just north of Tiffin in northwest Ohio. Site opens 5pm Friday, closes Sunday afternoon after cleanup. The site includes cabins, a camping area, a large fire ring, fields, woods, a feast hall, showers, and flushies. Site is wet.

Fighting activities will include heavy weapons, archery, and thrown weapons. There will be a hawking demo 10am Saturday morning. A feast at 5:00 Saturday will feature period food you will want to eat (feast consultant is Lord Giles fitz Alan).

Fees (does not include $3 non-member surcharge):

Adult - $7 ($6 pre-reg), Age 6-17 - $4 ($3 pre-reg), Under 6 free, Family
Cap - $22 ($18 Pre-reg)
Camping: $5 per tent or reasonable facsimile
Cabins (Sleep 4, rustic): $35 (Includes up to 4 adult site fees, must pre-reg)
Merchant space: FREE with site fee (contact event steward for space)
Feast: (50 seats, off board available) $10, lap sitters free, servers half-price, volunteers for clean-up will earn first dibs on leftovers and our eternal gratitude
