Along with the main event of the Crown Tournament there will also be merchants, an arts & sciences display and auction, dancing, a Court picnic, and dessert revel!

Friday from 7:00PM for Royals, Barony members, combatants and consorts

$50 family cap
Children under 10 are free
$10/Students (of all ages) with valid student ID
$10 for each 10'x10' space ~ must pre-register with the Merchant Liaison (Rhys ap Owein ap Gwyn).
Pre-registration monies must also include site fee; this should be sent to Rhys by April 30th along with the following filled out forms:

Also, please send an email heads up to the Merchant Coordinator so he can make sure to watch for your registration mail and you can start planning with him.
Setup will be available on Friday from 7-9PM and Saturday starting at 8AM. The location has overhead doors for load in. Additionally please let Rhys know if you are interested in Merchanting into the evening when there is a dessert revel planned after the combined court/feast. If there is interest he will propose it to the autocrats and arrange people that want to stay together.
Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received.
No electricity available for merchant tables.
There will be one table per 10'x10' area.
