German Cooking Pots Discovered

Copper, bronze and brass cooking pots, which had been buried during the Thirty Years War, were unearthed in Guetzkow, Germany.

Several sets of pots, each stacked into a large boiling kettle,  were found during the restoration of a creek. (photos)  The pots will be cleaned and restored and may go to a regional museum.
