Duchess Megan reports that at Their recent Crown Tourney, Their Majesties Roger and Zanobia offered elevation to the Order of the Pelican to Zaid al-Fallah Haji.
Zaid gave his affirmative answer at Cynaguan coronet on October 27, 2012 after a Friday night vigil.
