[MER] Danelaw 20: Cattle Raids

The People's Barony of Bryn Madoc proudly presents Danelaw 20: Cattle Raids (HOW TO STEAL CATTLE TO GET AHEAD) October 19-21, 2012
A.H. Stephens Historic Park, 456 Alexander Str. NW, Crawfordville, Ga. 30631

Protect your women, protect your children, protect your cattle! Cattle Raids are back! So dust off your cowtapults, your bullistas, and your trebullchets to prepare for the assault on our green pastures. There will be fighting until the cows come home, a feast fit for a king, and, of course, cows, cows, and more cows — and that's no bull! So grab this event by the horns for a weekend of fun for the whole family, Bryn Madoc style.

There will be games for all ages, including Friday night table gaming and the Cattle Raid game during the day on Saturday. Fighting activities will include three heavy melée scenarios and a tournament, as well as rapier combat. A&S classes will be offered on the field, including bow-making (limit 10, pre-registration preferred).
