[MID] Bardic Madness XIV

December 1, 1292, was a good day for John Balliol - his first full day as King of Scotland. But less than four years later, after constant humiliations at the hands of the English, he was defeated in battle and abdicated. The arms of Scotland were stripped from his surcoat, giving him the abiding nickname of "Toom Tabard" - "The Empty Suit".

Welcome to Bardic Madness XIV Toom Tabard December 1, 2012
Bardic Madness XIV is hosted by The Barony of the Cleftlands at

    West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church
    20401 Hilliard Boulevard
    Rocky River, OH  44116

Many thanks go to the Baron and Baroness, officers, and populace of the Cleftlands for their hospitality in helping the bardic community out this year.

Site open to the populace 9am-9pm

To be followed by a post-revel (at a site to be named)

If you are interested in being a patron for one of the challenges, or in teaching a class, contact the Provost.

Bardic Madness is a "bardic safe zone" - a friendly place where you may feel free to experiment and try new things. If you've never performed before, now's your chance. If you're a veteran performer who wants to branch out to a new genre or instrument, this is the place. You'll be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more supportive audience.
