[OUT] Caer Galen Defender

The cold winds of Autumn blow across the western peaks of Caer Galen. The milky eyes of Her Champions begin to peer into the mists of time in search of worthy successors to relieve them of their duties. They dream of resting their weary bones and returning  to their loved ones; but with their charge not yet complete they must find the next individuals capable of becoming the new Champions.

Join our beloved Champions in choosing their replacements through feat of arms and strength of wit.  There will be tournaments featuring heavy and light fighting as well as archery. During the evening feast a bardic will be held. The theme is Speaking ForSeussly; try to compose your piece ala Dr. Seuss. One last twist, the winners of the tournaments will be required to compose a piece for the bardic--after all we are the Bards Militant. So come prepared with you best silliness.

A pot luck luncheon is being arranged. We ask that you make enough to share; if you are not able to bring anything, a donation will be asked of you in order to partake.  The feast will be will be simple and could be the last BBQ of the season.  Our Arts and Sciences Minister Lady Yildiz of Misrian is organizing a display of the fine works of our artists.
