Outgoing Champion: Barbara Webster
This year's Bardic Championship challenge will require all participants to complete two pieces:
One for the Artist
This piece should be the artist's best work, no matter what format it takes.
This can be a song, a poem, a story, an instrumental piece or whatever other piece the participant thinks is their best work. Subject matter does not matter here.
The only restriction is that pieces should be kept to around three minutes long. (Please contact the current bardic champion, DonalBane of Blakmers, if this is a problem).
One for the Barony
This piece should be a song, a story, a poem or other spoken word work celebrating the Barony of Brendoken.
Participants are encouraged to perform their own works, but a copy of the Baronial Songbook will be made available for use.
Once again, pieces should be kept to around three minutes long.
For more information, or to obtain a copy of the Baronial Songbook, contact Lord DonalBane.
