Wenlok Jug stolen from English museum

A hunt continues to recover a medieval bronze jug stolen from the Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton, England. The "nationally significant" Wenlok Jug was taken from the museum May 12, 2012.

The Wenlok Jug, dating to around the 15th century, is valued at UK£750,000, the amount collected to buy the artifact for the museum when it was auctioned in 2005. Director of Museums, Karen Perkins, called the theft "extremely serious and upsetting".
