With those words starts the “Nibelungenlied” - probably the most famous epic poem of medieval Germany. In memory of this great story the Barony of Knights Crossing invites you to the Fourteenth Nibelungen war.
Take part in contests both martial and gentle and prove that the times of heroic deeds and extraordinary talents are not history but that the legend still goes on!
Expect heavy combat, fencing, archery, dancing, classes, and more.
As in the past, we have the beautiful castle ruins of Lissberg for our playground. Address: Zeltlagerplatz Burgruine Lißberg, Ortenberg, Germany
Site opens at 17:00 on Wednesday, and closes at 12:00 on Sunday.
For those gentles who would wish to arrive earlier please contact the event steward. If you need crash space contact the steward by June 13 at the latest; if you need a pickup, please contact the steward by July 1.
Cost – always including breakfast:
Member: 9.- Euro per person per day. Reservation to June 13, 2012
Non Member: 11,- Euro per person per day. Reservation to June 13, 2012

Basic breakfast will be available from Thursday to Sunday. We will provide NO lunch nor dinner.
Currently the hall of the castle is in renovation.
Depending on the situation we hope to be able to serve a feast at Saturday night for an additional fee of 7.00 Euro (limited to 60 People!)
