Welcome to the South Oaken Regional Arts and Sciences Competition! We are back at the site we used last year, a school that looks like a castle!
Our Barony is eagerly looking forward to another great event. We know that the artisans of our region have been hard at work preparing for this event and our staff is doing it's best to make sure that that everyone has a good time.
Our site offers classrooms, a large meeting area, and a library. Approximately 2 1/2 acres of outdoor space useable for heavy and light fighting. There is a large parking area behind the building. The site is DRY, however transportation will be provided to an off-site location for judging brewing/vinting entries. While there is not kitchen available, above ground fire pits are allowed. Site also includes a playground area.
Troll: $7 (members), Children age 5 and under free, $5 non-member surcharge
Site opens at 9 AM
Merchants: No Merchant Fee!
Event Stewards: Lady Ellowyn Kittle: (merchants, site) and Lady Maiosara Sauromatis:

Children's Activities: Lady Arite Sauromatis
Children's Activities will take place between 11 AM and 1 PM
Children must be signed in and out of Activities. We ask that parents volunteer to assist with Activities at some point during the day. A parent or guardian must stop by periodically to check in with the Youth Mistress. We request contact information, or the location a parent/guardian can be found should a problem arise. Activities end promptly at 1PM. Please be considerate of our Youth Point volunteers and pick your children up promptly.
For questions to the Regional MOAS please contact Lady Crespine de la Vallée, South Oaken Regional MOAS. (Please note: walk-in entries will NOT be accepted, this is Kingdom policy. Registration by e-mail is not acceptable. Only online or snail mail will be accepted.)
