The quest for the body of Sir Francis Drake, who died at sea in 1596, is on. Pat Croce, owner of a pirate museum, believes he has discovered the location of Drake's body off the coast of Panama.
"This is absolutely a dream come true - to find the ships of the most successful pirate in history, who single-handedly wreaked havoc on Spain's New Empire," said Croce, who believes he has found the remains of two Spanish ships.
The body of Drake, who died of dysentery, was reportedly laid out in full armor and deposited in a lead coffin. It has been the dream of many for centuries to find his remains.
