Open Fencing in NYC

The Association for Historical Fencing will host an open fencing time on Sunday Nov. 13, 2011 in New York City. All fencers are welcome to come and fence between the hours of 2pm and 6pm for a $10 floor fee.

Due to limitations of space the only weapons allowed are foil, dueling sword, dueling sabre and small-sword. Please make sure you have the  proper protective equipment.  See Association for Historical Fencing rules for details.

A Limited number of spectators will be allowed by appointment only. To reserve a space contact Maestro Jeannette Acosta-Martinez at the email below. If we do not have your spectator reservation they will be turned away at the door. No exceptions.


Place: KHDT Studio, 330 Broome Street. Take the B/D down to Grand Street and then walk one block North.  In the middle of Broome (btw Bowery and Christie) is 330. Ring the buzzer for KHDT and you'll be buzzed in.
