The Barony of Stonemarche invites you to a Market Day at Birka XXIII. This annual event will be held on January 27-28, 2012 at the Center of New Hampshire, Radisson Hotel
Their Excellencies, Baron Juan Lazaro Ramirez Xavier and Baronessa Maria Pagani have prepared the following activities to amuse their guests: a large indoor market with nearly a hundred merchants, a fashion show, an A&S display, classes, dancing, and martial activities including a heavy list bear pit tourney, fencing and youth combat. Their Majesties of the East will also be holding Royal Court. Prior to Royal Court, their Excellencies will be holding a Baronial Court.
If you are interested in teaching a class or require meeting space, please contact Lady Tomyris of Stonemarche at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.

Volunteering for Birka: An event of this size requires a great deal of work, so any gentles interested in helping are encouraged to contact the autocrat in advance or refer to the event web site for additional information. We're in special need of volunteers to work gate and security.
For information regarding security contact firstname.lastname@example.org and for gate contact email@example.com.
Thanks in advance for any offers of assistance.
Martial Activities: There will be both indoor fighting and fencing. The fighting will be in the usual bear-pit style with prizes awarded to the top scoring gentles in both belted and unbelted categories.
