Arts and Sciences:
An Arts and Sciences Competition will be held with the theme of... wait for it... ARCHERY! (...AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!)

Site Fees:
Adult: $11, Adult Non-Member Surcharge: $5
Children Ages 13 thru 17: $5
Children Ages 12 and under: Family Cap: $37 (does not include NMS)

Bards!
Free Bardic Challenge:
For the second year in a row, we challenge you to create a new song, story, or poem about archers. The contest will be held during the potluck. Contact the Event Steward to schedule.
Archery Tournament:

The range will open at 8:00 am Saturday for sign-in, inspections, and practice.
The tournament will start PROMPTLY at 9:00 am!

Pre-registration for the archery tournament:

Archers: Please email Lady Aibhilin with your name, court title, type of bow you will shoot,
and your archery rank: unranked, yeoman, fyrd or huscarl.

Lady Aibhilin can accept pre-registrations until the Thursday afternoon before KCoA.

Inn:
The Inn will be open for lunch 11:00 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday.

Court:
Court will be held at Their Royal Majesties’ pleasure.

Potluck Dinner: After the tournament on Saturday, there will be a potluck at the covered pavilion. Please bring a dish to share. Meat will be provided.

Merchants:
Merchants are welcome!!
No Merchanting Fee!
Outdoor spaces - merchants must provide own shelters and tables
   
Directions to Site:
From Hwy. 169 North of Smithville:

    * Turn East on Hwy W.
    * Follow W around curve to Clyde's Store at Paradise.
    * Continue South on Camp Branch Road about one mile to Kelsey Short Youth Camp on your left.

From I-35 North of KC:

    * Exit on Hwy. 92 West.
    * At Hwy. E, turn North, following curves in road to Camp Branch Road.
    * Cross the arm of the lake and continue North on Camp Branch Road.
    * Look for Kelsey Short Youth Camp on the right.

From I-29:

    * Exit on Hwy. 92.
    * Go East.
    * Cross Hwy. 169 at Smithville, and continue East past Ectonville store to Hwy. E.
    * Turn North on Hwy. E and follow curves in the road to Camp Branch Road.
    * Cross the arm of the lake and continue North on Camp Branch Road.
    * Look for Kelsey Short Youth Camp on the right.
