Please join us for a day of Roman-themed fun, frolic and feasting at the 18th annual Feast of Eagles! Rumor has it that Caesar's eagle standard has been stolen during his campaign in Gaul. Smuggled to the northern reaches of the Roman Empire, it might be hidden in the Shire of Cúm an Iolair!

Site opens 9:30am and closes at 10pm. Site fee: Adults 18 and over: $5. Non-member surcharge: $5. Youths 13-17: $4. Children 12 and under: Free. Feast: $10 per person. Make check payable to: SCA, Inc., Shire of CAI. Activities for the day include:

                * Quests for grownups and children to find Caesar's lost eagle!
                * Fighting tournament
                * Bocce tournament
                * Arts & Sciences competition (eagle in any medium, or anything Roman) and display
                * The annual "Pig in a Poke" fundraiser to benefit the Kingdom Travel Fund
                * And, of course, the feast! Seating limited to 64 reservations.

Bards, musicians, dancers....if you are interested in entertaining at feast, please contact the Event Steward, or sign up at Troll! (What is a Roman feast without poetry, stories, song and dance, after all?)
