Exhibit on Lombardic Art at the Met

"Painters of Reality: The Legacy of Leonardo and Caravaggio in Lombardy" will
be on display at the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Exhibition Hall at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art through August 15, 2004.
The exhibition, which begins with a group of Leonardo's nature studies from his Milanese period, includes about 110 artworks from Lombardy, in northern Italy, dating from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries.
