It's that time of the year.......time for Caer Galen Defender!!!!!

When:  July 22, 23, 24  Site opens Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. and closes Sunday at noon.

How much:  Site Fee:  $10 for adults and $5 for children if camping, day trip fee is $7, Family cap $25, $5 NMS applies to ALL site fees

We'll have fighting fencing, archery and of course that ever popular Caer Galen activity.....power lounging.  This year we will also have equestrian events (depending on the status of equine herpes) and a rather devious and delightful fund raiser designed by the terribly devious Baron Andros (with a little help from Baron Max and yours truly).  

Where:  South Platte Valley Historical Society site, CR 14 1/2, Fort Lupton, CO.  From I-25 go 10 miles east to the town of Fort Lupton.  Make a left onto Hwy 85.  Make a left at County Road 14 1/2.  The site is about 1/2 miles down on the right.

Restrictions:  All dogs must be leashed.  Fires are only allowed in above ground fire pits (further restrictions could apply depending on weather.
