The house where Tolkien wrote the Lord of the Rings trilogy is scheduled to go on the market next week. The six-bedroom home was owned by the author for 17 years while he was a professor at Oxford and is located near the university. Those interested in owning the property must expect to pay the $2.7 million asking price.
