[DRA] Revel in the Midnight Sun VI

Oyez, oyez! As the sun nears its zenith, the people of the northern most isles gather to celebrate the endless day. We would be honoured to have you join us in the land of fire, ice and geothermal pools for a day of games, competitions and martial activity, all to be rounded off with a grand feast in the midnight sunlight.

When: 18:00 Friday July 15th 2011, until 16:00 Sunday 17th 2011.
Where: The Blue Mountains, Iceland

Site: The site is a skiing resort with bunk bedrooms for up to 100 persons, a feasting hall and onside showers are available. Site opens at 18:00 on Friday, July 15th 2011 and closes ca. 16:00 on Sunday, July 17th 2011.

Site fee for adults is 7500 ISK // 45 EUR
Site fee for children age 5 - 16 is 3250 ISK // 20 EUR
Late fee, which applies after June 24th, is 1000 ISK
Day tripper fee for adults is 1500 ISK
Day tripper fee with feast for adults is 3000 ISK
Day tripper fee for children is 500 ISK
Day tripper fee with feast for children is 1000 ISK
Payments are to be made to account number 162-26-8130, kt. 440609-2280, with the SCA names of attendees in the comment box. Overseas visitors can pay on arrival on site.

Cancellation policy: If cancellation is before the reservations deadline is up, 90% will be returned.
After the deadlines there will be no refunds.
Fee includes sleeping facilities for two nights with all meals (Traveller's fare on Friday, breakfast, lunch and feast on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday). The site is wet.

Please book in advance if you need a lift and/or bedding.
Please let the event steward know of your travel plans so that crash space with Klakavirki members can be arranged before/after the event, on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strongly recommend planning a few extra days for sightseeing guided by Klakavirki members.
Unfortunately, this site does not have a hot tub, but if you intend to spend extra time, we advise you to bring swimwear.

From Keflavik to Reykjavik: Bus to BSÍ bus station, www.flybus.is
Lifts can be provided to/from Keflavik/Reykjavik to site by pitching in on gas money.
