[MID] Spring Crown Tournament & A&S Competition

The Barony of Fenix is proud to present Spring Crown Tournament and Kingdom Arts & Sciences Competition

This will be held Memorial Day weekend at the Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center! This is a beautiful site with reasonable room rates, a restaurant, a nightclub, and a lovely pool complex onsite.

Saturday will be a day of the best Arts & Sciences of our Kingdom on display for competition. There will be classes and rapier combat!

Sunday will be a grand display of arms to determine the next Heir to the mighty Dragon Throne!

We invite you to stay on-site at the Drawbridge Hotel (www.drawbridgehotel.com). The negotiated hotel rooms rates are  $85.00 for up to two individuals, and $95.00 for three or four individuals.  All prices are per night plus taxes.

We have a block of rooms reserved for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday under the name "Society for Creative Anachronism - SCA Group". You may extend your stay for three days before and three days after the event for the same room rates.

Please make your reservations directly with the Drawbridge Hotel at toll free (800) 354-9793 or directly  (859) 341 - 2800.  Please be sure to mention you are staying at the hotel for the Society for Creative Anachronism event!  This will give our event credit and make the site more reasonable for us to be able to host this event.

Site Fees:
Adult Weekend: $12       (Saturday and Sunday)
Child    (age 17-13) Weekend: $8         (Saturday and Sunday)
Child    (age 6-12) Weekend: $5         (Saturday and Sunday)
Children age 5 & under Free
Family Cap: The family cap is no more than three adults fare. All adult individuals must be paid members.

· Please note there is no feast planned for Saturday or Sunday night. However,  there is a restaurant onsite and multiple eating establishments in the immediate area. A list of easily accessible eating establishments will be available.

· There are also no specific lunch plans for Saturday or Sunday, but there is plenty of opportunity to get food nearby as well as within the facility.

· As this is a hotel environment, no outside food or drink is allowed in the SCA contracted space.

Miscellaneous Merchants Costs:
Table fee: $20/table per day.
This includes a table with a linen tablecloth and chair.
Electricity fee: $20/vendor (one time charge)
