Siegfried von Kulmbach, inspired by Briedei nic Gillechattan, claimed victory in the first-ever Crown Tournament for the soon-to-be Kingdom of Northshield. When Northshield is granted independence from the Middle Kingdom this fall, Siegfried and Briedei will be its first Royal Couple. Siegfried defeated Tarrach Alfson (fighting for Banjarla Fina Ingen Aeda) in the final round.

Both couples are former Princes and Princesses of Northshield, and Tarrach and Fina had previously reigned as King and Queen of the Midrealm as well.

The Tournament was held in the Barony of Wyndhaven and was witnessed by Royalty from the Middle Kingdom, Ansteorra, Ealdormere, and Calontir.
