Experience 17th Century Military Life at the School of the Musketeer

Ft. Mifflin on the Delaware will present the School of the Musketeer, May 8-9, 2004 with the goal of enticing re-enactors to try musket and artillery firing and pike handling. Ft. Mifflin, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has an agenda for its upcoming School of the Musketeer. Its goal it to "draw upon those living on the East coast who are peripherally involved in '17th Century Living History' as well as those who are interested observers of the hobby."

The two-day event will give attendees a chance to use a musket, fire a canon, handle a pike, or take classes in period cooking or costuming. Cost is US$15.00.
