[AET] 15th Tournament of the White Hart

Come once again to join your friends in Port Oasis for the 15th tournament of the White Hart. This year in addition to hosting the tournaments for the Lord, Champion, Yeoman, and Artisan of the White Hart we will be holding our event on the Field of Cloth of Gold in 1520.

This is the historical site in France where King Henry VIII of England met King Francis I of France in an attempt to negotiate peace between the two feuding royal cousins. The Tudor king brought with him all the pageantry he could muster and he was equally matched in splendor by the French monarch. Pavilions made entirely of gold cloth were erected and sumptuous decor lavished the palace of illusion Henry's workers had
constructed from painted canvas. Contemporary accounts suggest that the field itself looked as if it were made of gold because of all the riches it contained. Here the rivals could "courteously" compete, boasting
ostentatious displays of fashion, feasting, and fighting.

We will be taking reservations for individual bunk space in the men's and women's dorms. Bed space is limited in these rooms and the beds are bunked. These will be first come first serve. There is space available
for camping, which will be free. Please contact a staff member prior to setting up any tents, as camping in the middle of the archery range is not desirable. If you wish to camp, showering facilities are available for both men and women on site.
