Robert of Deerbourne, Kingdom Webminister for the Outlands, has announced that the Treaty for Estrella War XIX is now online. The Treaty for the Estrella War, which was signed by the Royalty of Atenveldt, Outlands, Artemisia and Caid, sets out the terms for the upcoming War. In its first clause, it states the purpose of the War as follows:

"I.STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The Estrella War XIX at EstrellaMountainPark shall be fought by the Principal Armies of the Kingdom of Atenveldt, the Kingdom of Caid, the Kingdom of the Outlands, and the Kingdom of Artemisia. It is designed to allow the Kingdoms of the Knowne World to gather together, that they might form closer relations with one another under the scenario of a medieval war.

Estrella War XIX at EstrellaMountainPark shall be held on February 12 through 17, 2003, as a two-sided war fought between the following two Allied Realms:

A. Allied Realm I shall be composed of the Kingdom of Atenveldt and the Kingdom of Artemisia and their allies.

B. Allied Realm II shall be composed of the Kingdom of Caid and the Kingdom of the Outlands and their allies."
