Martha Monsson's talents include knitting, chrocheting, spinning, and weaving. Equally impressive is her collection of histric textile tools, ranging from 19th century spinning wheels to an authentic Roman distaff.
Martha has had a lifelong interest in textile arts, which she has incorporated into her SCA actvities as well as other historic pursuits.
George Monsson is an attorney by day and a blacksmith by night. He is self-taught, first working with metal in 1978. Amoung his creations are pennanular brooches, pendants, and rings.
The couple has been in the SCA for 30 years and reside in the Outlands.
