Kingdom Of Acre Invites All to Join for "Viking Wars"

The Kingdom of Acre, "a group dedicated to the education, understanding and
appreciation of the Middle Ages," invites members and guests to attend "Viking
Wars" on February 28, 2004.
On February 28th, a series of battles centered around the Norse invasions of
England and Ireland between 950 AD and 1000 AD will be fought. Weapon forms in
keeping with those used at that time will be encouraged, and a variety of
scenarios will keep the fighting entertaining.
