Site Opens: Friday, 4:00pm
Site Closes: Sunday, 12:00 noon

Site Fees:
Adult: $11 , Adult Non-Member surcharge $5
Children Ages 13 thru 17: $5
Children Ages 12 and under: Free
Family Cap: $37 (not including non-member surcharge)

Tournament:
The range will open at 8:00 am Saturday for sign-in, inspections and practice.
The Tournament will start promptly at 9:00 am!
There will be an hour break for lunch at noon.

Inn:
The Inn will be open 11:00 to 2:30 on Saturday.

Arts & Sciences:
An Arts & Science Competition will be held. The theme is Archery. The winner will be chosen by "People's Choice".

MOY Activities:
MOY Activities will be held on Saturday. Times TBA.

Court:
Court is at their Royal Majesties' pleasure.
 
Potluck Dinner:
After the tournament on Saturday, there will be a potluck at the covered picnic area. Please bring a dish to share. Bratwurst and hot dogs will be provided.
 
Bardic Challenge:
Bards, we challenge you to create a new song, story or poem about archers! The contest will be held during the evening meal. Contact the Autocrat to schedule your performance.

Merchants:
Merchants are welcome! There is no merchanting fee.
