Due to recent rains, some fire restrictions have been lifted for Lochac's
Canterbury Faire.
William, Southron Gaard Constable, has announced that due to recent rains,
some of the fire restrictions have been lifted for the upcoming Canterbury
Faire in Christchurch, NZ. Attendees may now use enclosed candle lanterns
outside their tents, but all other open flames are banned. William said, "The
prohibition on open flames aside from gas barbeques stands. Un-enclosed
candles must not be used. Barbeques must still be used in a circle of
appropriately non-flammable material."
