SCAtoday.net reported last year that a new shire was forming in Spain. The formation of the Incipient Shire of Alcazar is now a reality, according to THL Sovany Barcsi Janos, Kingdom New Groups Coordinator for the Kingdom of Drachenwald. Alcazar, which is being led by Seneschal Orm Udding, was elevated to incipient status on January 6, 2004.
