Residents of the area near the site of the historic Battle of Agincourt are
petitioning to block construction of wind turbines.
Plans to build wind turbines near the site of the historic Battle of Agincourt
are being protested by local residents, who say that the turbines will be
unsightly and will ruin the historical site. In 1415, Agincourt was the site
of a famous battle between the heavily-armoured French and the bowmen of
Wales.
