Legal Changes for Minors Affect Estrella War

Yehudah of Nuremberg, High Sheriff of Atenveldt, has announced that there are changes to rules for minors attending this year's Estrella War. Sheriff Yehudah writes:
Greetings to you all,

As Estrella war is a month off, I'm asking you to post to your e-mail lists, some important changes in the rules for minors attending the war.

We are sorry for any inconveniences it may cause but find it necessary to enact this more stringent policy due to situations that have occurred over prior wars.

MINOR CHILDREN: Attendees UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS, COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN with proof, OR A RESPONSIBLE ADULT over 21 with a notarized MINOR WAIVER FORM from the parents. NO MINOR's WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE OTHERWISE! Those under 16 must wear their youth ID bracelets at all times.

The entire set of regulations, emergency contact number, and other important information are on the web site (click above).

Regards,

Yehudah of Nuremberg,
High Sheriff of Atenveldt
