Come celebrate the last official camping event in Caerthe! A feast fit for kings and queens! Insane fighting scenarios! A Roman Plaza! A&S classes and more!

Site opens Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. and closes Monday, September 6, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.

Location: Quint Valley Fairgrounds, 568 US Highway 36, Byers, Colorado 80103

Site fees - Prepaid until August 15- $15.00 per adult (ages 15 and up), $10.00 for children 7-14 years old. Children ages 6 and under are free.

At the gate: Camping fees are $20.00 for adults (ages 15 and up), $15.00 for children 7-14 years old. Children ages 6 and under are still free.

Daytrippers will pay $8.00 for adults at the gate, per day, children 7-14 years old will be $4.00 per day. So please, send in your reservations!

Feast: Prepaid only and limited to the first 50 prepaid reservations. $10.00 for adults (ages 15 and up) children (7-14) feast costs $5.00 with a prepaid adult feast.

Please remember the $5.00 non-member surcharge! If you are not a member of the SCA, you must pay this fee!

Heavy fighters - The first 5 groups of 5 fighters to register and prepay for the event get a chariot to fight with! And this is only the beginning of the insanity!

Fencers - You'll be playing a diabolical game of baseball!

Archers - The theme is "Things That Move." You'll be shooting the quintaine, the Shifting French Guards, rotating pendulum, the advancing sled target, Killer Bunnies (they don't move, but there are so many you'll think they are), balancing water bags and so much more!

Brewers - a serious brewing competition, judged by mundane experts. Three categories and $100.00 worth of prizes for each category. No documentation required! Gatekeeper - Fees are payable through Acceps and may also be mailed directly to THL Tetsutaka Yukihana. Please remember the cutoff date for prepaid reservations is August 15, 2010!

Directions: From Denver, take I-70 East and and take exit 316 at Byers, Co.. Turn left at Main Street (US 36) and turn left approximately 1/2 mile into the entrance of Quint Valley Fairgrounds.
