SCAdian filmmaker debuts film

Indie filmmaker and SCA member Dana Elise recently premiered her new film set in the "fantasy middle ages." Cagin of Chrysaint debuted June 26, 2010 at the Petal Civic Center in Petal, Mississippi. (video)

Dana Elise spent 3 years writing, producing, shooting, costuming, editing,  and marketing the film which stars Carrie Harris, Brandon Labue, Bryan Sellers, and AFTRA Actor Scotty Whitehurst. A portion of the film was shot at Kings Arrow Ranch, site of Gulf Wars, and some of the site's medieval buildings were used in the shoot.
