BoD Requests Comments on Crown Tourney Rules Change

The SCA Board of Directors is requesting comments until December 15 on a proposed Corpora change that would require prior BoD approval for any contest other than individual combat within a Crown Tournament. The proposed change to Corpora section IV.A.1 reads as follows (new text in bold):

Royal Lists must be conducted at a tournament announced in the Kingdom newsletter as being for that purpose. Crowns or Coronets who wish to conduct a Royal List in a manner other than individual combat must obtain the prior approval of the Board of Directors.
