[LOC] Radburne Feast and Tourney

The Household of Radburne would like to invite one and all to our Annual Feast and Tourney. Come and meet with old friends and make some new ones! There will be various entertainments over the weekend.

  • Feast ~ (Cook is Johanna von Enschede  - this is an outdoor feast in the tavern and around the campfire)
  • Where: 'Dragon Hill' 29L Gidgee Road Dubbo NSW
  • (Fireworks are illegal in NSW – please do not bring them.)
  • When: Saturday 22 May 2010
  • Site opens at midday with Target Archery (IKAC to commence at 2pm), with the Feast commencing at 6.00pm. (There will be the opportunity for pick
  • ups for heavy fighters in the afternoon.)
  • Dancing and Bardic Circle until late! (Camping space available on site or accommodation available in Dubbo a short ten to fifteen minute drive from
  • the site)

Tourney~

  • Where: 'Dragon Hill' 29L Gidgee Road Dubbo NSW
  • When: Sunday 23rd May 2010
  • Armour inspection at 9:30 am with Combat Archer tourney to commence at 10am, followed by a Heavy Tourney.


A light lunch of soup and bread rolls will be provided at the end of the tourney after which the site will close.
 
Theme:

  • Colours of House Radburne (Red, white, blue and yellow)
  • A & S Competition: An item in House Radburne colours (documentation not required)
  • Bardic Challenge: An item of entertainment to be performed after the feast


Bookings and payment are appreciated by 15 May 2010 for catering purposes and to ensure enough toilets. (If you will not know until the last minute if you can attend, please contact the Bookings Officer and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements)

Single ticket: $25 members, $30 non members, Children (6-14): $15, under 6 free.
Families: POA.
Price includes camp feast on Saturday evening and lunch on Sunday.
BYO Soft Drink & Alcohol.
Drinking water will be provided.
