No it's not Great Ceaser's Ghost! There's some speculation over exactly who's image was caught on film at Hampton Court Palace outside of London, but insider's say it is not a Christmas joke. Henry VIII's Palace of Hampton Court is back in the news when a security camera captured the hazy image of a man in Tudor garb descending a staircase. Could this be one of the legendary Hampton Court ghosts? See for yourself.
