    * Day camps can be set up for the weekend.
    * Contestants can place / set up entries.
    * Dance practice
    * Gaming room and bardic circle
    * "What is the SCA" video / presentation

Saturday
9:00am    Site opens
9:00am - 11:00am    A&S check-in (entrants and judges)
10:00am - 12:00 noon    Classes (including youth classes)
12:00 noon    Judges' meeting
12:00 noon - 1:00pm    Lunch break
1:00pm - 4:00pm    Youth classes
1:00pm - 6:00pm    Classes
6:00pm - 8:00pm    Feast / dinner break
8:00pm - 10:30pm    Bardic circle, dancing, gaming
11:00pm    Site closes

    * South Oaken Regional Arts & Sciences Faire
    * Lunch for all, including judges, may be obtained at the campus lunch hall or off-site. We will not be serving lunch of any kind on Saturday.
    * Dinner may be obtained off-site.
    * Desserts for the revel will be provided.

    * Boxed lunches are available ON SUNDAY ONLY. You must pre-register for lunch if you want it, by contacting the Event Steward. The cost is $6.75 per person, and we will accept cash payment on day-of only -- no checks, credit cards or pre-payment. Other food is available on-campus and nearby.
    * No showers are available on-site.

Miscellany

    * No site fee!
    * NO live steel or other weapons are allowed on site -- no exceptions!
    * Rattan weapons are allowed on Sunday only.
    * No food or beverages or any kind may be brought onto the site.
    * Cooking and brewing A&S entries will be judged off-site. Check at entry table for location.
    * Chairs can be provided for day camps etc., but tables are limited.
    * Rules and criteria for the Arts & Sciences Faire may be found at http://www.midrealm.org/moas/
    * It's advised that all A&S entrants become familiar with the applicable criteria for your entries.
